Construction
GRP/FRP Gratings are manufactured by wet moulding and hot curing in a heated mould. The reinforcement consists of continuous fibreglass roving in alternating layers, so the loads are distributed evenly in all directions. Regularly Moulded GRP Gratings have a polyester resin matrix. Glass content is approximately 35%. Standard colours are green, yellow or grey; other colours are available according to RAL.
Accessories
Applicable for our manufactured GRP/FRP gratings, we have special support angles which are concreted into the basement directly.
Fixing Sets
Easy to assemble without any special tools. A pultruded GRP angle mm can be used as a frame for all GRP gratings.
Stainless steel fixing sets can be used for all standard GRP gratings and support constructions. To prevent GRP gratings perfectly against lifting and sliding away each panel should be fixed on at least four points.
Merging corrosion resistance, durability, and a low-maintenance design, Aeron pultruded grating systems are better than accepted metallic gratings. This propelled FRP / GRP pultruded grating is fabricated with a recessed tie bar design and is light in weight and simple to manufacture. Bearing Bar and Cross Rod Assemblies
Unlike Moulded Gratings which has equal strength in both directions, Aeron Pultruded Grating is stronger in longitudinal direction as it is fabricated from bearing bars, interlocking rods and grove bar assemblies. The bearing bars used for Aeron Fibreglass gratings India are pultruded I bars and T sections and these bars are 25mm (1 inch) and 38mm (1.5 inch) deep.

Fixing Sets
Stainless steel fixing sets can be used for all standard GRP gratings and support constructions. To prevent GRP gratings perfectly against lifting and sliding away each panel should be fixed on at least four points.
M CLIPS
M clips or saddle clips clamp 2 fiberglass grating load bars to the support. This provides excellent holding capability and because of this, are recommended for stair treads and most molded and pultruded fiberglass gratings.
T CLIPS
T clips offer the solution for below-surface attachment to pultruded fiberglass gratings. When used these FRP clips should be specified in pairs as shown.
