Valve for onshore oil and gas:
We advise using titanium, nickel aluminium bronze, duplex stainless steel, and other materials to create the necessary valves for onshore oil and gas pipelines. These materials promise a replacement cycle and a longer service life.
Oil and gas offshore valves
The marine atmospheric environment, seawater, seabed sediments, and transported fluids all contribute to the salt mist corrosion that affects pipes and valves used in offshore oil and gas production. Special alloy valves have longer service lives and better corrosion resistance.
Oil Chemical Valve
Wide selections of Hastelloy, alloy 20, monel, and other materials are used by Weidouli to manufacture a variety of off-ball, gate, globe, and check valves for the petrochemical industry. Moreover, bellow sealed gate and globe valves, as well as pressure seal bonnet building designs.
Chemical Valve, Fine
Weidouli created titanium and nickel alloy valves specifically for the needs of the fine chemical industry in order to guarantee the stability of the valves, to survive corrosion under various working circumstances, to extend the service life, and to boost the productivity benefits of users.
Valves fpr seawater
When making valves, we typically choose austenitic stainless steel, titanium, (Super) duplex steel, nickel aluminium bronze, or (Super) duplex steel to ensure long service life and reduced replacement frequency.valve for water treatment Valve reliability and strong corrosion resistance are essential for water treatment. In order to manage the flow, opening, and closing of water and achieve zero leakage and a long service life, ball valves or butterfly valves are typically employed in the water treatment industry.
Porous Valve
Valves made of titanium alloy are a perfect answer for the challenging working circumstances in the paper sector. For various clients in the paper industry over the years, we have created various titanium Segment ball valves, titanium knife gate valves, and other goods.
LNG valve
For pipeline transportation of liquefied natural gas, ball valves, gate valves, check valves, globe valves, and butterfly valves constructed of titanium, nickel aluminium bronze, and duplex stainless steel are advised. Our valves feature long-lasting corrosion resistance.
Power Valve
Power valves are primarily used in power plants to connect or disconnect the pipeline media on the pipelines of various systems. For example, ash removal systems and water, steam, ash slurry, dry powder, and other media-suitable transportation systems for power plants.
Pal Metallurgy Valve
Our firm independently develops specialised valves for smelting due to the demanding working circumstances of high temperature, high pressure, strong corrosion, easy crystallisation, and impurity particles in the conveying medium in the metallurgical industry.
Ball valves are used to cut off or connect the medium in the pipeline, as well as to regulate and control the fluid. As a professional manufacturer of customized valves, we can provide you with all kinds of floating and trunnion mounted ball valves.
Ball valves mainly feature compact structure and reliable sealing. The sealing surface and spherical surface are often closed, which means it’s not easy to be eroded by medium and easy to operate and maintain. we are a professional ball valve supplier and valve manufacturing company that has different types of ball valves for sale. We are good at making cast hand operated valve and forged ball valve with various special alloys, which are suitable for general working media such as water, solvent, acid and natural gas, as well as suitable for bad working.
Blowdown Valve: What Does It Mean?
In fossil fuel powered boilers, blowdown valves are helpful for intermittent or continuous use to discharge dissolved solids from the boiler water. These valves are installed on the boilers’ drain lines. Boilers typically only utilise one blowdown valve; but, depending on the boiler’s design and intended function, many blowdown valves may be employed.
To regulate the amount of dissolved particles in the boiler water, blowdown valves are frequently utilised. The valves are created and manufactured to meet the needs of the industrial application and the boiler. When a boiler uses several blowdown valves, these two valves are frequently connected in series to reduce erosion. Here, one valve serves as a blowdown valve while the other serves as a sealing valve. Typically, the sealing valve is opened first and closed last. Both of the valves are opened quickly and simultaneously to reduce erosion on the disc faces and seats. Most essential, caution is exercised during blow down to prevent rust particles from getting trapped inside the valve.
Gate valves are used to cut off or connect media transmission, and are suitable for pipeline systems in petroleum, chemical, thermal power plants and other industrial fields. Gate valves can only be fully opened and disconnected in the pipeline, which means it cannot be used for regulation and throttling. Gate valve provides well on/off or shuts off features, pressure drop during operation is very less, and is bidirectional. Meanwhile as metal to metal seat, these valves can respond to specific operating high pressure, high temperature operating conditions.
Industrial Gate Valve Advantages
1. Flexible or solid wedge
2. Full-bore or reduced-port
3. Replaceable seat or integral seat
4. Bolted bonnet or self sealing bonnet
5. Rising Stem
Rising stems are fixed to the gate and they rise and lower together as the valve is operated, providing a visual indication of the manual regulating valve position and making it possible to grease the stem. A nut rotates around the threaded stem and moves it. This type of valve has an inside screwed stem and the packing is subjected to wear because of the up and down movement and turning motion of the stem.
Butterfly valves of Weidouli are widely used in chemical industry, petrochemical industry, marine development, smelting, etc., as regulating and closing equipment.
The seat and disc of our butterfly valve employ the most advanced technology to complete the structural design. At the very moment when the disc opens and closes, the disc produces a cam action, which can pull the disc with less effort, greatly reduces the wear and deformation of the valve seat, and increases the service life of the valve.
A check valve is one that is used to open and close a circular disc and to stop media flow back using its own weight and medium pressure.
It is a type of automatic valve also known as an isolation valve, return valve, or check valve. Lifting type and swing type of disc movement are distinguished. With the exception of the absence of a stem to drive the disc, lift check valves are constructed similarly to globe valves. The medium enters from the bottom side (inlet end), and exits from the upper side (the upper side). When the inlet pressure is greater than the total of the disc’s weight and its flow resistance, the valve opens.
On the other hand, when the medium flows the other way, the valve closes. Swing check valves function similarly to lift type check valves in that they tilt and can rotate around the axis of the disc.
In pumping machines, check valves are frequently employed as bottom valves to stop water from coming back. Combining a check valve with a globe valve can provide safe isolation. The considerable resistance and inadequate sealing when it is closed are a drawback.
